What's included
- Meet & greet at the terminal. Call us 30 minutes before you arrive and a uniformed driver meets you at the meet & greet point.
- Vehicle check. The driver inspects your car with you and records the mileage before it's driven away.
- Secure compound. Your car is parked in our secure compound while you're away.
- Return to the terminal. Call us when you land and again once you have your bags, and your car is brought back to you.
- Drivers available 24/7. You can book drop-off and pick-up times at any hour of the day or night.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before your booked drop-off time. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before drop-off are refunded less a £15 admin fee, and no refund can be given within 24 hours. Please email us to cancel or change a booking. The full details are in our terms and conditions.
Vehicles we can't accept
We do not accept minibuses, high-sided vehicles, motorhomes, lorries, caravans, vehicles with trailers, or long- or extended-wheelbase vans.
