Where you meet your driver
Follow the signs for the short-stay car park, about a three-minute walk from the terminal. Your driver will be waiting for you there. Your departure phone number is in your booking confirmation email: call it 30 minutes before you arrive.

Departure
Arrival information
- Once you book online you will receive your booking confirmation by email.
- Call us 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport.
- Your booking confirmation contains the instructions and phone numbers.
- One of our uniformed drivers will meet you at the designated meet & greet point.
- When you reach the car park, hand the car park ticket to the driver so they can leave the car park easily.
- The driver will inspect your vehicle for damage and record the mileage. Once you sign the paperwork, the vehicle is driven to our compound.
- Please hand over only your car key.
- There are strict time limits at the meet & greet area, so please call us 30 minutes before you get to the airport.

Return information
- When you return, call us twice: once as soon as you land, and again after you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal.
- Use the contact number on your confirmation email or collection receipt.
- Our driver will meet you at the designated meet & greet area.
- There is a strict 10-minute waiting time in the meet & greet area, so please don't call your driver until you are ready to come out.
- Check your vehicle with the driver and sign the paperwork if you are happy with its condition. The driver may ask for ID to make sure the vehicle is handed to the right person.
We do not accept minibuses, high-sided vehicles, motorhomes, lorries, caravans, vehicles with trailers, or long- or extended-wheelbase vans.
